1.5 M Urea, 25 mM Tris-HCl, pH 8.0 containing 0.02% Triton-X and 50% Glycerol.
Application Dilute:
Suitable for use in ELISA, Western Blot and Lateral Flow. Each laboratory should determine an optimum working titer for use in its particular application. Other applications have not been tested but use in such assays should not necessarily be excluded.
