Chlamydia W5-W6 protein was purified by proprietary chromatographic technique.
Formula:
10mM Tris-HCl, pH 6.0, 100mM Sodium Phosphate and 8M urea.
Application Dilute:
Chlamydia W5-W6 protein is suitable for use in ELISA. Each laboratory should determine an optimum working titer for use in its particular application. Other applications have not been tested but use in such assays should not necessarily be excluded.
