The antiserum has been characterized by RIA, ELISA and cell staining techniques. Suitable for immunohistochemical techniques. Has been found to stain 3% buffered paraformaldehyde fixed rat brain sections using indirect immunofluorescent procedure at a dilution of 1:1000.
