The RayBiotech STD Multiplex PCR Kit is a real-time PCR assay for the detection of DNA and RNA from 12 sexually transmitted pathogens (bacteria and viruses) in a liquid sample. This kit is based on Taqman DNA polymerase amplification and fluorochrome-labeled specific probe reporting.
