Immunogen was synthetic peptide derived from Rat Nucleobindin-2. This antibody was produced from a rabbit immunized with the immunogen. The IgG fraction was purified from rabbitt serum by ammonium sulphate precipitation followed by Protein A/G affinity chromatography.
