Bioactivity of Human Interleukin-15 Recombinant Protein. Serial dilutions of Human IL-15 (starting at 1 ng/mL) were added to CTLL-2 with other needed cytokines and stimuli. After 65 hours, cell viability was measured and the linear portion of the curve was us used to calculate the ED50. The ED50 of Lot 0110-100-86 Human IL-15 is between 0.13- 0.19 ng/mL. This value is comparable to the typical expected range of < 0.5 ng/mL.
