Anti-Hsp40 Antibody is tested for use in WB, IP, IHC, IF, and ELISA. Expect a band approximately ~40kDa protein corresponding to the molecular mass of Hsp40 on SDS PAGE immunoblots. Specific conditions for reactivity should be optimized by the end user.
Immunofluorescence of mouse anti-Hsp40 HDJ1 antibody. Tissue: human keatinocyte line HaCat. Antigen retrieval: not required. Primary Antibody: Hsp40 HDJ1 antibody at 10ug/ml for 1h at RT. Secondary antibody: Fluorescein mouse secondary at 1:10,000 for 45 min at RT. Localization: nuclear and cytoplasmic. Staining: Hsp40 HDJ1 as green fluorescent signal.
