Anti-NALP2 Antibody has been tested for use in ELISA and Western Blotting. Specific conditions for reactivity should be optimized by the end user. Expect a band at approximately 121 kDa in Western Blots of specific cell lysates and tissues.
Western Blot of NALP2 antibody. Lane A: PC-3 cell lysate at 1 µg/ml. Lane B: PC-3 cell lysate at 2 µg/ml. Load: 35 µg per lane. Primary antibody: NALP2 antibody at designated concentrations overnight at 4C. Secondary antibody: Peroxidase rabbit secondary antibody at 1:10,000 for 45 min at RT. Block: 5% BLOTTO overnight at 4C. Predicted/Observed size: 121 kDa, 95 kDa for NALP2. Other band(s): NALP2 splice variants and isoforms.
