Anti-IRE1p Antibody has been tested for use in ELISA and Western Blotting. Specific conditions for reactivity should be optimized by the end user. Expect a band at approximately 110 kDa in Western Blots of specific cell lysates and tissues.
Western Blot of IRE1p antibody in Raji cell lysate. Lane A: IRE1p antibody at 1 µg/mL. Lane B: IRE1p antibody at 2 µg/mL. Load: 35 µg per lane. Primary antibody: IRE1p antibody at designated concentrations for overnight at 4C. Secondary antibody: Peroxidase rabbit secondary antibody at 1:10,000 for 45 min at RT. Block: 5% BLOTTO overnight at 4C. Predicted/Observed size: 110 kDa, 115 kDa for IRE1p. Other band(s): IRE1p splice variants and isoforms.
