ELISA: 1:10,000 - 1:40,000, WB: 1 to 4 µg/mL
Application Notes:
Anti-MAP1 Antibody has been tested for use in ELISA and Western Blotting. Specific conditions for reactivity should be optimized by the end user. Expect a band at approximately 40 kDa in Western Blots of specific cell lysates and tissues.
Western Blot of MAP-1 antibody. Lane A: EL4 lysate with Anti-MAP-1 at 1 µg/ml. Lane B: EL4 lysate with Anti-MAP-1 at 2 µg/ml. Lane C: EL4 lysate with Anti-MAP-1 at 4 µg/ml. Load: 35 µg per lane. Primary antibody: MAP-1 antibody at designated concentrations for overnight at 4C. Secondary antibody: Peroxidase rabbit secondary antibody at 1:10,000 for 45 min at RT. Block: 5% BLOTTO overnight at 4C. Predicted/Observed size: 40 kDa, 34 kDa for MAP-1. Other band(s): MAP-1 splice variants and isoforms.
