CD40 affinity purified antibody was prepared from whole rabbit serum produced by repeated immunizations with a synthetic peptide corresponding to a sequence at the N-terminal of mouse CD40.
Anti-CD40 is tested for Western Blotting. Specific conditions for reactivity should be optimized by the end user. Expect a band approximately ~32.1 kDa corresponding to the appropriate cell lysate or extract.
