Anti-Mouse IgG and IgM Peroxidase conjugated antibody has been tested by ELISA and is suitable for highly specific immunological methods requiring extremely low background levels, lot-to-lot consistency, high titer and specificity.
ELISA Results of Goat Anti-Mouse IgG + IgM Antibody Peroxidase Conjugated Minimum Cross Reactivity to Bovine, Horse and Human Serum Proteins tested against purified Mouse IgG + IgM. Each well was coated in duplicate with 10 µg of Mouse IgG (p/n 010-0102) [Red Line], Mouse IgM (IgG/IgA free) [Green Line], and Mouse IgG/IgM (p/n 010-0102/010-0107) [Blue Line]. The working dilution is 1:175,000. The starting dilution of antibody was 5µg/ml and the X-axis represents the Log10 of a 3-fold dilution. This titration is a 4-parameter curve fit where the IC50 is defined as the titer of the antibody. Assay performed using 3% Fish Gel/PBS Blocking buffer (p/n MB-066), and TMB substrate (p/n TMBE-1000).
