TrueBlot magnetic beads have approximately 1.5 to 3-fold higher binding capacity compared to beads from competitors 1 and 2 respectively. Magnetic beads (100 µg) were incubated with 12.5, 25, and 50 µg of purified rabbit IgG. Binding was calculated using BCA protein assay by subtracting amount of IgG in flow through from IgG loaded onto the beads.
