Non-viable cell pellet was generated from cell line WM3758. WM3758 is a metastatic human melanoma cell line. This cell line contains a Q61L mutation at position 61 in the N-RAS gene. The Q61L mutation results in an amino acid substitution at position 61 in NRAS, from a glutamine (Q) to a leucine (L). This cell line expresses wild type BRAF, c-KIT, and CDK4 genes. WM3758 cells match with WM3682 and WM3702. These cells produce xenograft tumors when injected into immunocompromised mice.
