ELISA plate was coated with purified rat IgG and IgM. Immunoglobulins were detected with serially diluted Goat Anti-Rat IgG(H+L), Mouse ads-BIOT (SB Cat. No. 3050-08) followed by Streptavidin-HRP (SB Cat. No. 7100-05).
