BALB/c mouse splenocytes were stained with Rat Anti-Mouse CD45R-BIOT (SB Cat. No. 1665-08) followed by Neutralite Avidin-CY5 (SB Cat. No. 7200-15).

FLISA plate was coated with Goat Anti-Human IgG-BIOT (SB Cat. No. 2040-08) and purified/unlabeled Rat IgG1k. Biotin conjugated antibody and purified immunoglobulin were detected with serially diluted Neutralite Avidin-CY5 (SB Cat. No. 7200-15).
