TargetMols Mouse CD4+ Cell Isolation Kit (positive selection) provides superparamagnetic beads covalently coated with a monoclonal antibody specific for CD4 membrane antigens expressed predominantly on murine helper/inducer T cells, based on the principle of labelling CD4+ cells with the CD4 Capture Antibody, then capturing the target cells with Releaseable Beads. The principle is to use CD4 Capture Antibody to label CD4+ cells, then capture the target cells by Releasable Beads, and then dissociate the beads from the cell surface by Beads Release Buffer, thus obtaining mouse CD4+ cells without bead labelling. This rapid and gentle method eliminates the need for a column and helps ensure the purity, recovery and viability of the isolated CD4+ cells. The sorted CD4+ cells can be used in downstream molecular and cell biology experiments.
