BJE6-106 (B106) is a selective PKCdelta inhibitor (IC50 = 0.05 µM) with 1000-fold higher selectivity for PKCdelta than PKCalpha (IC50 = 50 µM). BJE6-106 induces caspase-dependent apoptosis, activates the JNK pathway and H2AX, and can be used to study NRAS-mutated melanoma.
