CDK-IN-14 (B34) is a CDK2 inhibitor (IC50=0.097 µM) that exhibits anti-hepatocellular carcinoma activity. It inhibits the cell cycle in HepG-2 cancer cells and induces apoptosis (apoptosis) through a caspase-mediated mechanism.
