hAChE-IN-9 (compound 7i) is a selective inhibitor of human acetylcholinesterase (hAChE), showcasing inhibition activities with IC50 values of 0.05 µM for AChE and 2.85 µM for BChE. This compound modulates toxic Abeta oligomers into non-toxic forms and offers antioxidant and neuroprotective effects against Abeta-induced toxicity. hAChE-IN-9 is employed in the study of Alzheimers disease.
