FW-1 is a type I inhibitor of FLT3, with an IC50 of approximately 1 µM. It exhibits cytotoxic effects in FLT3-mutant AML cells, causes cell cycle arrest at the G0/G1 phase, and induces apoptosis in MV4-11 and MOLM-13 cells.
