EV-A71-IN-3 (Compound IRE-03-3) is an inhibitor of the enterovirus A71 (EV-A71). It targets the internal ribosome entry site (IRES) of EV-A71, blocking IRES-mediated translation and thereby preventing viral proliferation, with an EC50 of 11.96 µM.
