Mtb-IN-11 (Compound 1e) is an inhibitor of Mycobacterium tuberculosis salicylate synthase (MbtI) with an IC50 of 11.2 µM. It exhibits strong in vitro antitubercular activity, with an MIC99 of 32 µM against Mycobacterium bovis BCG. Mtb-IN-11 is applicable for tuberculosis research.
