CDA-IN-2 (Compound VS2-3) is an inhibitor of chitin deacetylase (CDA) that exhibits antifungal properties. At a concentration of 100 µM, it inhibits P. xanthiis CDAPxCDA1 by 83.7% and PxCDA2 by 74.5%. CDA-IN-2 is applicable in research on agricultural fungal diseases, including resistance to powdery mildew and gray mold.
