It serves as an effective multidrug resistance (MDR) inhibitor, demonstrating inhibitory activity against P-glycoprotein (P-gp) mediated drug efflux. Multi-target kinase inhibitor 4 can be encapsulated in PEG-coated lipid nanoparticles.
