Rapavir (JH-B10) is a selective and potent inhibitor of sodium taurocholate co-transporting polypeptide (NTCP), with an IC50 value of 1.8 nM for taurocholic acid-d4 (TCA-d4) uptake. It exhibits antiviral activity against HBV infection by directly binding to NTCP and preventing the virus from entering cells. Rapavir is promising for HBV infection research.
