TDO-IN-2 is an orally active TDO inhibitor with an IC50 of 1.25 µM. It exhibits antitumor activity in a Hepa1-6 liver cancer allograft mouse model. Additionally, TDO-IN-2 works synergistically with PD-1/PD-L1 inhibitor BMS-202, making it useful for studying tumor immune tolerance.
