Taltobulin is a common cytotoxic component in the preparation of antibody-drug conjugates (ADC Cytotoxin) and acts as a potent inhibitor of microtubules/tubulin (Microtubule/Tubulin). It disrupts microtubule polymerization, induces mitotic arrest, and triggers apoptosis (apoptosis).
