Taltobulinintermediate-12 serves as an intermediate in the synthesis of Taltobulin. Taltobulin is a commonly used cytotoxin in the preparation of Antibody-Drug Conjugates (ADC) and acts as a potent inhibitor of microtubule/tubulin. It disrupts microtubule polymerization, causing mitotic arrest and inducing apoptosis (apoptosis).
