Cy3-Ova (323-339) is an OVA Peptide (323-339) labeled with Cy3, a fluorescent dye from the Cyanine family, known as a photoproduct of Cy5. Cyanine dyes are extensively used in fluorescence microscopy, cell imaging, and molecular biology experiments. OVA Peptide (323-339) serves as a T and B cell epitope of ovalbumin (OVA), but it exhibits limited immunogenic potency in activating spleen cells of OVA-sensitized and challenged mice.
