Product Description

NF-kappaB-IN-14 (compound 5e) inhibits nitric oxide production in macrophages induced by LPS, with an IC50 of 6.4 µM. It disrupts the interaction between TLR4 and MyD88 proteins, thereby inhibiting the NF-kappaB signaling pathway. Additionally, NF-kappaB-IN-14 reduces ear edema and inflammation in a mouse model of atopic dermatitis.
