hUP1-IN-1 is an inhibitor of hUP1, with inhibition constants Kii and KisUrd of 375 and 635 nM, respectively. At a concentration of 1 µM, hUP1-IN-1 exhibits 70% inhibitory activity on the catalytic reaction of hUP1. It is applicable in cancer research.
