MPO-IN-6 (compound ADC) is an electrophilic agent with excellent antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties. It acts as an inhibitor of myeloperoxidase (MPO), dipeptidyl peptidase-4 (DPP-4), and alpha-glucosidase (alpha-GD), with IC50 values of 10 µM, 31.02 µM, and 46.05 µM, respectively. MPO-IN-6 may serve as a potential cardiovascular protective agent.
