SDH-IN-15 (Compound 5e) is an inhibitor of succinate dehydrogenase SDH (IC50=2.04 µM). It demonstrates significant antifungal activity. By inhibiting SDH, SDH-IN-15 disrupts the mitochondrial respiratory chain in fungi, leading to their death.
