NAE-IN-2 (compound III-26) is an N2-(1-benzylpiperidin-4-yl)quinazoline-2,4-diamine derivative capable of inhibiting Cullin1 and Cullin3. It suppresses the migration of gastric cancer cells and induces cell apoptosis (cellapoptosis).
