BDZ-P7 inhibits AMPA receptors GluA2, GluA1/2, GluA2/3, and GluA1 subunits with IC50 values of 3.03 µM, 3.14 µM, 3.19 µM, and 3.2 µM, respectively. It exhibits neuroprotective effects and is capable of restoring motor functions in mouse models of Parkinsons disease.
