It acts as an EGFR PROTAC degrader, showing activity in OVCAR8 cells with wild-type EGFR and in HeLa cells with exon 20 Ins mutant EGFR, with DC50 values of 39.2 nM and 736.2 nM, respectively. Additionally, SJF-1528 hemihydrate degrades HER2.
