BChE-IN-41 is a highly selective butyrylcholinesterase (BChE) inhibitor with an IC50 of 12 nM and a Ki of 6.6 nM. It exhibits significant brain permeability, with a brain-to-plasma ratio of 9.0. BChE-IN-41 enhances cognitive function in mice with scopolamine and Abeta1-42-induced symptoms of Alzheimers disease.
