ICG PEG N3 (MW 5000) is an indocyanine green (ICG) azide fluorescent dye utilized for labeling amino groups in peptides, proteins, and oligonucleotides. As a click chemistry reagent, it features an azide group that engages in copper-catalyzed azide-alkyne cycloaddition (CuAAc) with alkyne-containing molecules. Additionally, it performs strain-promoted azide-alkyne cycloaddition (SPAAC) with molecules containing DBCO or BCN groups, presenting absorption and emission wavelengths at 785/813 nm.
