TTTE is a sulfone-bischalcone derivative with primary activities including anti-hepatic necrosis, anti-inflammatory, and anti-fibrotic effects. It modulates these activities by downregulating key molecules such as Caspase-3, TNF-alpha, NF-kappaB, and TGF-beta. TTTE can be utilized in the study of liver injury.
