Jun14157 is a fluorescent polarization probe designed to selectively bind to the conserved allosteric site of enterovirus 2C protein (Ex: 485/20, Em: 528/20). It exhibits dissociation constant (Kd) values of 2.3 µM for EV-D68 2C, 1.4 µM for EV-A71 2C, and 1.1 µM for CVB3 2C. Jun14157 is applicable for research involving enteroviruses.
