CYP51-IN-26 is a CYP51 inhibitor with an IC50 value of approximately 0.40 µM. It effectively eradicates Candida auris biofilms and significantly enhances cellular uptake in accumulation studies. Moreover, CYP51-IN-26 provides protection against Candida auris infection in both G. mellonella and D. melanogaster models. It is applicable for research on fungal infections.
