It exhibits broad-spectrum antiviral activity against alphaviruses, effectively targeting Chikungunya virus (CHIKV), Mayaro virus (MAYV), and Venezuelan equine encephalitis virus (VEEV), with an EC50 of 0.12 µM against CHIKV-nLuc.
