RB-PEG-N3 (MW 600) (Rhodamine B-PEG-N3 (MW 600)) is a fluorescent dye comprising Rhodamine B, PEG, and an azide group (N3). As a click chemistry reagent, it features an azide group that undergoes copper-catalyzed azide-alkyne cycloaddition (CuAAc) with alkynyl-containing molecules. Additionally, it can participate in strain-promoted azide-alkyne cycloaddition (SPAAC) with molecules containing DBCO or BCN groups, exhibiting excitation/emission at 546/610 nm.
