LIBX-A401 is an inhibitor of long-chain acyl-CoA synthetase 4 (ACSL4) with an IC50 value of 0.38 µM. It selectively inhibits ACSL4 over ACSL3 (IC50 exceeding 50 µM) and PPARgamma (IC50 exceeding 10 µM).
