RB-PEG-NH2 (MW 10000) (Rhodamine B-PEG-NH2 (MW 10000)) is a fluorescent dye composed of Rhodamine B, PEG, and an amino group. The reactive primary amine or NH2 group can rapidly react with activated carboxylic acids (such as NHS esters) to form a stable amide bond, with excitation/emission wavelengths of 546/610 nm.
