OncoACP3 TFA (Compound s43) is a high-affinity ligand for prostatic acid phosphatase (ACP3). When labeled with Lu-177, OncoACP3 TFA selectively accumulates in tumors expressing the enzyme in HT1080.hACP3 and PC3.hACP3 xenograft mouse models, demonstrating significant antitumor activity and excellent tumor-selective payload deposition. OncoACP3 TFA is applicable to prostate cancer research.
