ANO1-IN-5 is an orally active ANO1 inhibitor with an IC50 of 4.57 µM. It demonstrates selectivity for alpha1A-, alpha1B-, and alpha1D-AR at 118-fold, 642-fold, and 10,000-fold, respectively, compared to ANO1. ANO1-IN-5 significantly inhibits the differentiation and function of osteoclasts and is applicable for osteoporosis research.
