SKLB-Y13 is a selective inhibitor of YTHDF1 with an IC50 of 0.76 µM. It binds to the m6A recognition pocket, disrupting the m6A-dependent YTHDF1-PRPF6 mRNA interaction, which impairs the translation of PRPF6, inhibits breast cancer cell proliferation, and promotes apoptosis. SKLB-Y13 exhibits antitumor activity, holding potential for targeted RNA epigenetic cancer therapy.
