13,14-dihydro Prostaglandin F2alpha (13,14-dihydro PGF2alpha) is an analog of PGF2alpha lacking unsaturation in the lower side chain. It induces luteolysis in hamsters with a potency five times greater than PGF2alpha. The ED50 value for 13,14-dihydro PGF2alpha as a luteolytic agent in hamsters is 1.5 &181g/100 g.[1]
